This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Refix Technical Services LLC through the website https://refixappliancerepair.shop (the “Website”).
By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Customers may cancel a scheduled appointment before the technician is dispatched.
No cancellation fee will apply if cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If the technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the location, a service call or inspection charge may apply.
A diagnostic or inspection fee may be charged to identify appliance faults.
The inspection fee is non-refundable once the diagnosis has been completed.
If the customer approves the repair, the inspection fee may be adjusted in the final repair cost (if applicable).
Once repair work has been completed and approved by the customer, payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
The same issue persists within the warranty period, and
Our team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable service attempts.
Spare parts once installed are non-refundable.
Warranty applies only to the specific part replaced and under stated conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
Electrical fluctuations
Water leakage damage
Physical damage or misuse
Unauthorized third-party repairs
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Warranty terms will be explained at the time of service.
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time without prior notice, a service call charge may apply to future bookings.
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
